I believe that by looking after both your body and mind during all phases of your pregnancy, you will have a healthier, less complicated more enjoyable experience and faster recovery.

Eating healthy, doing regular exercise and taking time out for self-care is beneficial to everyone in endless ways but it becomes even more important during your pregnancy as your body is working extra hard to grow and provide a safe and secure environment for your little one. When little one is here time to yourself is even more precious and doesn't come by often! So you need to plan in that me time and make it priority so you are taking care of yourself so that you can be your best self for your family too - you can't pour from an empty cup! Being a mum myself I fully understand the demands and pressures you are or are about to go through to try and take care of yourself and make the time to do so. Us mums can be very hard on ourselves and sometimes struggle or fail to prioritise our much needed me time - thats where I come in to help, support and coach you to becoming your best self without the mum guilt ( though I think we all suffer this now and again!) how to balance your lifestyle so that you are being realistic with your goals now you are pregnant or have a baby - are you trying to do too much at the moment and feeling down each time you don't succeed? Are you pregnant and fear piling the pounds on but unsure of what you can or can't do? Do you feel like your body has never gone back to how it was pre baby when it comes to coughing, sneezing, jumping, holding a pee in or during sex... but you put up with it because you think it is "normal" for these things to happen after a baby? ... it isn't by the way!! You'll receive a bespoke training plan suitable for the stage you're at, your lifestyle - time available and your ability.

Meal guide with lots of healthy ideas , calorie/macro goals calculated

Optional phone or video call consultation to discuss the program and so you know what to expect from me and the program.

You'll have weekly check-ins with myself to make sure the program is going well - this can be via a private chat in my member's area, by phone or a scheduled video call - this option is useful for me to assess your form/technique and it feels more personal for you to have a chat.

You'll get unlimited online support from me whenever you need it.

Mindfulness, relaxation tips and techniques for a natural birth.

Breathing,Pelvic floor and core exercises and tips on how to do them properly via video call.

Access to my member's area/whats app group to communicate with other members, share meal ideas, and you'll have access to all of my recipes.
