SET ONLINE COACHING

With my SET coaching you get...

​

- SET workouts to follow 

- 4 x workouts a week 

- Home workouts are 30-40 mins 

- Gym workouts are 45-60mins 

- Choose from home or gym workouts when you sign up 

- Home option - X2 Dumbbells 5-7kg, x 1 Kettlebell 10-14kg, skipping rope & a mat are needed for the home workouts 

- Gym option you will need access to a barbell, squat rack, pull up station/rig, kb, db, machines both strength and cardio machines

- The workouts in both home and gym are suitable for anyone who already has knowledge of using gym equipment and is competent at compound exercises - bodyweight, with a barbell/dumbbells/kettlebells - such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, press ups, bench press, planks etc and you don't have any injuries/issues with doing some high impact exercises

- If you are a beginner or you have issues/injuries/medical issues I would advise doing my 1-1 Online coaching where i can tailor the workouts specifically to you

- You get a meal guide with personalised calories/macros based on you and your goals

- Members area access with recipes, group/community chat & weekly check ins for accountability.  

- minimum sign up is 1 month 

- cancel anytime with at least 14 days notice
